About the role

As a Customer Transformation Lead, your role is to to design and implement customer success initiatives while driving organizational excellence.


How you will spend your time:

  • Develop and lead customer strategies by crafting the Customer Success vision and strategy and designing clear roadmaps to define milestones.
  • Oversee high-impact projects while managing potential risks to ensure the Customer Success team meets its objectives. 
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and lead program management for critical global customer initiatives.
  • Coordinate essential processes for the Customer organization to refine key performance indicators and empower Customer Success teams. 
  • Provide budget oversight and annual planning support to keep the Customer organization strategically aligned.


What you’ll need:

  • Experience in CSM, GTM or Support organizations
  • Strong project management skills; be able to deliver complex operational outputs, ideally with a hands-on approach in cross-functional transformations
  • Proficiency in Excel/Sheets and PowerPoint/Slides, to support high-impact reporting
  • Strategic, data-driven mindset with strong business acumen 
  • Strong financial modeling skills and budget management experience
  • Capable of conveying and presenting complex strategies across diverse audiences 
  • Naturally inquisitive and self-motivated to drive continuous improvement
