About the role

Are you hungry for a rewarding career that lets you stir up exciting marketing campaigns? Our partner is seeking a talented Offline Marketing Manager to join their team and help revolutionize the way people shop, cook, and eat across their exceptional brands. 

As the Offline Marketing Manager, you'll be the secret ingredient in our partner's recipe for success, working across multiple brands to create mouth-watering marketing strategies that leave customers craving more. 

You'll collaborate with a talented team of marketers, content creators, and agency partners to whip up irresistible campaigns that span TV, BVOD, Out of Home, Radio, Podcasts, Direct Mail, Flyering, and Partnerships. 


Your role will involve: 

  • Crafting and managing the offline acquisition strategy and budget across multiple brands 
  • Executing and optimizing campaigns across various offline media channels 
  • Collaborating with the online marketing team to create cohesive marketing campaigns
  • Managing media agencies to achieve goals and ROI targets 
  • Measuring, tracking, and analyzing campaign performance to continuously improve ROI 
  • Working with the creative and content team to develop performance-driven creatives 
  • Identifying new opportunities and emerging channels to drive customer acquisition and brand growth 


The ideal candidate will bring to the table: 

  • 4-5 years of experience in growth/performance marketing, preferably in D2C and E-commerce 
  • Proficiency in media planning, buying, and delivery with knowledge of the AU media landscape 
  • A Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, statistics, or analytics 
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to campaign planning 
  • Expertise in Excel, Google Sheets, and analytical tools like Tableau/Looker 
  • A deep understanding of performance marketing metrics like CPA, CVR & LTV 
  • Creative flair for briefing and providing feedback on multi-channel campaigns 
  • Experience managing media and sales agency relationships 
  • A passion for staying up-to-date with the latest marketing trends 
 

This role is based in Sydney and offers flexibility and an inclusive work environment. Please note this is a fixed-term contract cover until the end of August 2025.
