About the role
As a Performance Marketing Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in designing and implementing strategic paid media campaigns across different channels and mediums to boost customer and business growth.
What you’ll do:
- Be on top of campaign performance data to uncover trends, insights, and growth opportunities for the business
- Optimize budget allocation to maximize ROI and achieve cost-efficient results
- Conduct comprehensive keyword research to enhance search engine campaigns for lead generation, providing clear reporting and actionable insights to stakeholders on campaign performance
- Develop and execute A/B testing to maximize campaign effectiveness
- Create robust landing pages to boost conversions from ideal customer profiles
- Stay current with digital marketing trends, best practices, and emerging technologies
Who you are:
- Experienced in managing campaigns across diverse platforms, with hands-on experience on paid social media advertising
- Practical experience with creative asset editing
- Strong attention to detail with proven ability to manage multiple campaigns while meeting deadlines
- Analytical mindset with data interpretation and problem-solving capabilities
- Excellence in cross-functional communication and collaboration
- At least 1 year of experience in digital marketing, campaign management, and performance metrics
