About the role

Our partner is looking for a CRM Coordinator to manage the end-to-end operational process of their CRM campaigns. You’ll be responsible for creating CRM communications, managing the customer database, and optimizing customer promotional journeys. Your role will also involve reporting on campaign performance and working closely with customer service to ensure smooth campaign execution.

What you’ll do:

  • Manage the execution of CRM projects and marketing activities, ensuring smooth delivery
  • Collaborate with teams to build and create CRM communications, including email campaigns and reports
  • Compile and present reports on campaign performance (e.g., open rates, conversions, and customer engagement)
  • Optimize customer promotional journeys to enhance the customer experience
  • Utilize customer list management skills to test and discover best practices within each segment
  • Implement automated CRM programs for agreed campaigns
  • Work closely with the customer service team to address any queries and ensure seamless operations
  • Assist in the monitoring and optimization of campaign performance to meet goals

What makes you ideal:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and solve problems
  • Experience with CRM systems and campaign management
  • Knowledge of A/B testing, segmentation, and list management
  • Familiarity with HTML and experience with Excel is preferred
  • A degree in marketing, communications, or a related field is an advantage
  • You have excellent communication skills and can collaborate with both technical and non-technical teams
  • Experience with mobile gaming platforms or high-traffic consumer-facing services is a plus
