About the role
As a Design Solutions Consultant, you'll combine creative expertise with commercial acumen to guide our partner’s customers in using design to drive business outcomes. You'll work closely with both the sales and success teams to create tailored solutions and strategic narratives that help customers maximize the value of design in their workflows. By facilitating customer-facing engagements, you’ll ensure our partner’s offerings are not just understood, but fully embraced.
What you’ll do:
- Collaborate with Enterprise Sales and Success teams to design impactful customer solutions.
- Develop strategic narratives and presentations that drive adoption of design tools and solutions.
- Guide stakeholders on how our partner's design capabilities can be tailored to meet unique business needs.
- Lead customer-facing engagements to demonstrate the value of design and drive efficiency at scale.
- Build frameworks, playbooks, and assets to create repeatable, world-class customer experiences.
- Act as a trusted advisor to top-tier customers, navigating complex needs and aligning design to deliver measurable business outcomes.
- Partner with internal teams to influence product roadmap and customer journey.
- Raise the profile of our partner’s design solutions through presentations, workshops, and executive-level engagements.
What makes you ideal:
- Strong creative background with hands-on experience in visual design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop) and Miro.
- High proficiency in design platforms, especially Canva, or a strong willingness to master it.
- Strong understanding of B2B and Enterprise business needs, including platform functionality and technical validation.
- Excellent organizational and collaboration skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and align stakeholders.
- Proven experience facilitating presentations and workshops, translating complex concepts into clear, actionable insights.
- Ability to collaborate across sales, product, and creative teams, especially in high-growth, fast-paced environments.
- A portfolio or examples of design work demonstrating expertise in layout, branding, and visual storytelling.
- Comfort in working in high-pressure, dynamic environments, with a focus on customer-centric solutions.
