About the role

As a Production Engineer, you'll be part of a team that's writing the next chapter in wireless communication history.

What you’ll do:

  • Craft and nurture manufacturing processes from assembly to logistics, collaborating with internal visionaries
  • Champion quality processes that ensure product excellence while hitting yield and efficiency targets
  • Lend your expertise to procurement, evaluating suppliers and their offerings
  • Share your knowledge, training internal technicians and external partners in manufacturing magic
  • Be the bridge for design and engineering changes, facilitating smooth communication
  • Design test jigs that boost assembly efficiency
  • Collaborate with suppliers to resolve quality puzzles and implement hig-level processes
  • Lead the charge in failure analysis and root-cause investigations
  • Create compelling technical reports that tell the story of our progress


The ideal candidate will bring to the table:

  • 5+ years of experience in electronics assembly and testing, covering both low and high volume, high complexity products
  • An Engineering or Industrial Design degree, or relevant certification
  • A knack for unraveling complex concepts across hardware, firmware, and software
  • A talent for crafting clear, instructional documentation
  • Sharp troubleshooting and analytical skills
  • The ability to thrive independently and as part of a dynamic team
  • A deep respect for manufacturing standards and processes
  • A "can-do" spirit and willingness to lend a hand wherever needed
