About the role
Are you ready to play a pivotal role in the exciting world of gaming technology? Our partner is on the lookout for an Integrations Product Manager to join their innovative team.
In this role, you'll be the maestro of custom integrations, orchestrating the entire process from concept to launch. As an Integrations Product Manager, you love solving complex puzzles and get a kick out of seeing their work make a real impact.
What you’ll do:
- Take the lead and manage custom integrations, aligning with management goals
- Document the integration process, from storyboarding to system use cases
- Deliver prioritized feature requirements to R&D and Delivery teams
- Be the bridge between stakeholders, including executive management and customers
- Manage product backlogs using SCRUM/Agile methodologies
- Analyze and handle issues and change requests with finesse
- Develop strong relationships with customer tech experts and end-users
- Lead weekly meetings to review open issues, performance, and updates
What You'll Bring to the Table:
- 2+ years Product Management experience, specifically in integrations
- A knack for the technical side of API implementation
- Excellent communication skills, translating complex concepts
- The ability to juggle multiple integrations without dropping the ball
- A talent for cutting through ambiguity and identifying core issues
- Systems orientation experience
- Troubleshooting skills that would impress a master detective
- Experience with complex integrated systems
