About the role
As a Technical Pre-Sales Engineer, you will be the bridge between innovation and implementation, translating complex customer needs into effective solutions.
In this role, you'll:
- Engage with high-level executives to present the strategic value of our partner's products and secure their commitment
- Partner with Account Executives throughout the sales process to ensure solutions meet and exceed client expectations
- Design innovative custom solutions that address complex customer requirements and show the full potential of our partner's offered products
- Lead product demonstrations and manage technical components of RFX responses, ensuring that customer needs are always being met
- Provide in-depth technical guidance throughout the sales process, influencing product development through valuable customer insights
- Build and nurture strong relationships with internal teams and external clients, establishing yourself as a trusted advisor for strategic guidance
What you’ll bring:
- Deep experience in a technical pre-sales role within the SaaS industry
- Technical skills and an in-depth understanding of SaaS architectures and API integrations; with knowledge of enterprise applications such as MS Office, SAP, Data Warehouses, and Middlewares
- Excellent communication skills; be able to engage and translate complex data with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, including C-suite executives
- Strong initiative, adaptability and multi-tasking skills
- Great teamwork and interpersonal skills to thrive in collaborative environments
