About the role

As an Applications Engineer, you'll be at the forefront of Wi-Fi HaLow technology, working on solutions that offer extended range, lower power consumption, and enhanced penetration.

In this role, you will:

• Conduct field testing of Wi-Fi HaLow chipset applications
• Build and execute comprehensive test plans for performance testing
• Analyze test results and provide valuable insights to enhance products
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and provide feedback
• Design and develop Python applications for test automation
• Demonstrate technical leadership during field-testing activities
• Follow and maintain industry standards and practices related to RF testing

To thrive in this role, you'll need:

• Familiarity in software development and general testing methodologies with 2+ years of experience using Python and Linux
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team
• Exceptional communication and documentation skills
• Adept in RF principles, antenna theory, and wireless communication protocols
• Advanced experience with test automation tools and scripting languages
