About the role
Our partner is an innovative tech company on a mission to helping organizations train and upskill their teams effectively and transforming the way people learn at work through their mobile microlearning platform.
What you’ll do:
- Work closely with Instructional Design and Customer Success teams to develop content strategies that will deliver exceptional results
- Actively connect with clients to demo the platform and gather customer feedback on specific training materials
- Create and review training courses and micro-lessons, while sourcing vital relevant assets and data needed
What you’ll bring to the table:
- At least 2 years of experience in Learning & Development, Design, Customer Support, or teaching
- Exceptional skills in written and verbal communication
- Sharp eye for instructional design principles and learning objectives
- Customer-focused mindset with excellent interpersonal skills
- Strong project management capabilities and attention to detail
- Experience with design tools (Adobe Creative Cloud, Photoshop, In-Design, or Canva)
- Background in customer-facing roles involving training or technical support
