About the role

As the Global Head of Solutions Engineering, you'll be the architect of innovation, leading teams across China, EMEA, APAC, and the US. Your mission? To weave together pre-sales magic, solution design brilliance, and flawless implementation for our partner's customers.

You'll be the mastermind behind product demonstrations that captivate, solutions that inspire, and responses that win hearts and minds. Your expertise will guide the successful delivery of projects involving sophisticated API integration, user experience design, and software development.

What you will bring to the table:

  • Background in engineering, science, technology, product, or analytics
  • A knack for understanding client needs and crafting solutions that align with business goals
  • Creative problem-solver comfortable working with customers, partners, and engineering teams
  • Exceptional communicator who can navigate complex customer needs
  • Focused on outcomes and customer success, with relentless creativity
  • 10+ years implementing or delivering software product solutions, with 3+ years in leadership
  • Strong problem-solving mindset and ability to develop new products and solutions
  • Exceptional communication skills, able to converse at an executive level
  • Knowledge of the payments domain / financial services is advantageous
