About the role

As a Business Analytics Manager, you'll be responsible for implementing strategic initiatives and developing analytics on customer and game performance.

What you’ll do:

• Develop and execute strategies to provide added value to customers through data and analytics
• Craft solutions that improve commercial and sales strategies, promoting optimal performance and revenue growth
• Be in charge of the visualization and reporting of significant analytical findings
• Foster partnerships with internal stakeholders to understand business needs and develop analytical solutions
• Innovate and improve current processes to drive value for both internal and external customers
• Conduct portfolio analysis around category segmentation, product life cycles, forecasting, and key metrics to support strategies and planning
• Develop market requirements, identify trends and opportunities, and assess the competitive landscape to aid in product portfolio development
• Monitor the market competition and measure product performance to identify key areas for improvement

What we're looking for:

• 5+ years experience in a business-facing analytics role, with a record in leading analytics teams
• Strong technical skills, including proficiency with database tools and the ability to analyze large data sets
• Solid hands-on experience with data presentation and analysis
• Experience with implementing, deploying, and operating data platforms within an enterprise environment
• Exceptional communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
• Excellent teamwork and relationship-building abilities
