About the role

As a Transformation Change Manager, you'll be working side-by-side with our partner’s clients, guiding their transformation journey to success. Additionally, you will provide supporting activities pre-and-post transformation, including organizational design, leadership capability, culture, and capability acquisition.


What you’ll do:

  • Effectively support Change Management teams from change planning to execution, ensuring that it is integrated within multiple transformation projects
  • Take the lead in designing and delivering change management initiatives
  • Manage cross-functional teams and deliver major change projects and programs
  • Overseeing improvement processes to build the capacity of delivery teams and integrating capabilities to ensure client engagements are delivered to the highest quality
  • Ensure client-based transformation programs are successfully delivered

  • Adept in systematic and analytical thinking to solve complex problems
  • Experienced in using the latest change management tools and techniques
  • Deeply passionate in bringing innovative ideas to life and ensuring high standard outcomes
  • Certified in change management, organizational design, project management, or other learning methods
  • Highly-developed communication and comprehension skills to share ideas, inspire, and create change
  • Strong teambuilding and interpersonal skills that thrive in a multidisciplinary team
  • A degree in psychology, communications, human resources, or other fields that demonstrate your knowledge in successful change management and ability to write and prepare documentation and deliverables at a high level
