About the role
In this role, you’ll be helping to shape and strengthen investor and consultant relationships across North America, the United Kingdom, and Europe. You'll collaborate with global colleagues across multiple divisions, contributing your skills to build meaningful investor relationships and achieve strategic capital-raising goals.
What you’ll do:
- Support in the development and execution of sales and engagement plans for investors and consultants, providing regular and timely progress updates and actionable insights
- Coordinate due diligence sessions and maintaining an extensive fundraising Q&A database
- Provide detailed briefing notes and presentation materials for meetings, ensuring consistent global processes for sales and investor support activities
- Be on top of proper management for the sales pipeline, investor activity tracking, and data room access
- Work closely with global teams to effectively centralize investor intelligence
- Research and identify industry trends, key prospects, clients, and investment products and strategies to enhance fundraising strategies and investor relationships
What you’ll bring:
- Prior experience in project management or supporting sales activities within the funds or investment management industry
- Strong interpersonal skills to build and nurture relationships with internal stakeholders
- Knowledge of capital-raising processes in investment management
- Familiarity with financial services and asset management sectors, practices and terminology
- A proactive approach with excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong process management abilities and keen attention to detail
- Experience with CRM systems and reporting tools (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics CRM)
