About the role

Our partner is on the lookout for a Revenue Operations Lead to join their dynamic team. In this role, you'll be the backbone of the revenue operations team, driving process improvements, managing sales systems, and providing actionable insights. Your expertise will be crucial in streamlining sales processes, enhancing forecasting accuracy, and aligning sales and marketing efforts. 


Your day-to-day adventure will include: 

  • Orchestrating core revenue operations initiatives from start to finish 
  • Unearthing actionable data insights and crafting sales performance reports for leadership 
  • Collaborating with sales enablement to offer continuous training and tier 1 support for sales tools and processes 
  • Shepherding Salesforce and other sales systems to peak performance 
  • Identifying and implementing process enhancements to supercharge sales efficiency 
  • Supporting sales forecasting and planning efforts with your keen eye for detail 
  • Teaming up with marketing to ensure lead quality and follow-up are top-notch 


What you'll bring to the table: 

  • A Bachelor's degree and a passion for revenue operations 
  • 5+ years of experience in revenue operations, sales support, or a related field 
  • Mastery of Salesforce, outbound tools (e.g., Outreach, Clari), advanced GSuite skills, and BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Domo) 
  • A strategic mind, excellent communication skills, and a knack for solving puzzles 


Key responsibilities: 

  • Steering revenue operations projects from conception to completion, including status updates, documentation, and planning 
  • Driving analytics for sales performance and process improvements 
  • Ensuring Salesforce management is accurate and efficient 
  • Providing data-driven insights to support strategic initiatives 
  • Working hand-in-hand with sales, marketing, and finance teams 
  • Supporting the Sales team with DealHub quote creation and accuracy, always in line with our partner's policies and procedures
