About the role
As a Global Partner Experience Lead, you are empowered to shape how partners engage with the platform and drive their program to new heights. You wil be in charge of managing the overall performance of their Partner Program and finding solutions that align with our partner’s company objectives.
Your day-to-day tasks will include:
- Designing and executing comprehensive partner program strategies focused on driving adoption and revenue growth
- Working closely with executive staff, sales leadership, product management, operations, IT, enablement and marketing to in developing initiatives for the program
- Leading the development and implementation of partner program components and initiatives
- Creating and managing partner pricing structures, incentives, and promotional offerings
- Driving partner recruitment and awareness initiatives to ensure continuous ecosystem growth
- Establishing program governance and developing solutions to enhance partner productivity
- Communicating product and program launches effectively across partner and sales networks
- Defining and tracking critical KPIs to measure program success and guide strategic decisions
You’re a match if you possess:
- At least 8+ years experience in Partner Program Management or Partner Enablement
- Proven track record in managing global partner programs and initiatives
- Demonstrated success driving performance and revenue growth through partner programs
- Strong executive presence and exceptional communication skills
- Experienced in building and executing strategic initiatives
- Ability to develop clear value propositions from complex data in hand
- Strong decision making skills with a data-driven, analytical mindset
- Collaborative approach to cross-functional partnerships
