About the role

Our partner is seeking an experienced and people-driven Inside Sales Manager to lead their growing Small and Medium Business (SMB) sales team. This is a hands-on leadership role, ideal for someone who enjoys developing others, driving performance through smart strategy, and bringing energy and structure to a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

What you’ll do:

  • Lead, coach, and inspire a team of inside sales representatives focused on SMB customers
  • Drive consistent revenue growth through effective deal strategy, pipeline management, and coaching
  • Establish and maintain a high-performance, customer-focused sales culture
  • Use data and performance metrics to inform decisions and optimise team output
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to deliver a seamless customer journey
  • Implement and refine scalable sales processes and tools that enhance team efficiency
  • Recruit, onboard, and nurture top inside sales talent to support the team’s ongoing growth

What makes you ideal?

  • Have 5+ years of experience in sales leadership, including at least 2 years managing an inside sales team
  • Are a natural coach who’s passionate about building strong, engaged, and capable sales teams
  • Take a structured, analytical approach to sales strategy, with confidence turning insights into action
  • Understand the needs and buying cycles of SMB customers
  • Are comfortable using CRM systems like Salesforce and tools like Gong and other sales platforms
  • Collaborate well with cross-functional teams and enjoy working toward shared goals
  • Thrive in dynamic, scaling environments and know how to build process without overcomplicating things
  • Are open to flexible hours to align with the needs of a global team
