About the role
As the Inbound Team Lead, you'll be in charge of managing the Inbound Department and coordinating the daily operations to ensure the efficient flow of goods and tracking stock accuracy. Your role will be pivotal in collaborating with the Supply Chain and Operations teams, overseeing the inbound product flow and driving continuous improvement in the company.
What you’ll be doing:
- Leading and overseeing the inbound team to guarantee the timeliness and accuracy of processing incoming goods
- Conducting day-to-day operations and maximizing staff utilization while managing costs to meet the budget
- Developing and implementing training and succession plans for continuous growth in the team and enhance productivity
- Fostering a strong safety culture and ensuring compliance with Food Safety and Quality Assurance (FSQA) requirements
- Identifying which areas need improvement to enhance operational efficiency and collaborating with the Supply Chain team to ensure product availability
What you’ll need:
- Prior experience in fulfillment operations, with a focus on inbound logistics
- Previous leadership experience with strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and budgeting
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate across teams
- Be able to identify and implementing process improvements to boost operational efficiency
- A strong grasp of FSQA requirements, and the ability to enforce them
