About the role

As a Business Systems Engineer, your main task is to implement and manage NetSuite solutions that power our partner's global eCommerce operations.

Your day-to-day tasks includes:

• Implementing and configuring NetSuite WMS solutions to ensure client needs are duly met
• Sharing your expertise and guidance on NetSuite WMS capabilities and best practices; staying updated with the latest NetSuite features and industry trends
• Working closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, identify the project scope, and develop functional specifications
• Taking charge in system testing, training, and support for successful implementation and adoption
• Troubleshooting and resolving NetSuite WMS functionality and integration-related issues
• Keeping track of continuous improvement for optimal warehouse management processes
• Contributing to project planning, management, and reporting activities

You’re a match if you have:

• At least 7 years of experience as a NetSuite Functional Consultant
• Experience in implementing NetSuite WMS solutions for eCommerce companies
• In-depth knowledge of warehouse management processes and eCommerce operations
• Excellent problem-solving and technical troubleshooting capabilities
• Ability to work effectively with clients and stakeholders, as well as team members
