About the role
As Print Data Lead, you'll guide a team of data scientists and analytics engineers and use insights to shape decisions across print operations - from optimizing service partner selection to developing pricing strategies that balance margins with customer value.
Your key responsibilities include:
- Acting as a strategic thought partner to the Print business, recognizing great opportunities for the team to make well-informed and data-based decisions
- Coaching and mentoring your team to deliver impactful insights that shape business strategy
- Developing data-driven solutions for print operations, including partner selection algorithms and real-time dashboards
- Coordinating closely with Product and Engineering Leads to drive data strategies, product insights and experimentation strategies for the team and the company
- Creating pricing methodologies that optimize margins while maintaining market competence
- Collaborating with marketing teams to enhance campaign personalization and drive print engagement
- Building connections between print services and subscription business models
- Managing project priority and initiatives, as well as coordinating the team and relevant staff

- Proven experience leading data specialists, and defining team strategy and roadmaps
- Adept with internal data tools, experiment platforms, and glossaries
- Strong SQL proficiency and experience with major data warehouses
- Able to optimize product funnels, run design experiments, and build effective dashboards
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex topics and deliver insights to diverse audiences
