About the role
In this role, you will be in charge of ensuring smooth payment processes and securing vendor relationships. Your sharp attention to detail and knack for problem-solving will shine as you take on challenges and seek out opportunities to enhance our partner's financial operations.
How you'll make an impact:
- Be the go-to contact for vendors and internal stakeholders for matters related to Accounts Payable
- Working through daily Accounts Payable issues such as payment errors, invoice exceptions and inquiries about payment status
- Manage expense reports and company credit cards, including audit and approval of reports in compliance to travel and expense policies
- Handle payment runs, ensure correct numbers and generate payment files for bank uploads
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and streamline operations
- Work with various departments to resolve accounts-related queries and be involved in wider finance team projects
What you'll bring to the table:
- At least 3 years of experience in full-function Accounts Payable and Employee Expenses within a global organization
- Qualification in accounting, finance, or commerce
- Strong attention to detail, equipped with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills; be able to present yourself professionally and boldly
- Be independent at work; take the initiative in identifying and solving issues
- Have a strong mindset leaning towards process improvement and continuous growth
- Proficiency in using Excel
