About the role

Our partner is looking for a Tech Support Team Lead who brings both technical expertise and people leadership skills to the table. In this role, you'll guide a dynamic support team while ensuring seamless service delivery.


What you’ll do:

  • Manage the local support operation of a multi-layered shift team
  • Identify and resolve live issues promptly and accordingly
  • Be the voice of the customer by serving as the escalation point for customer-raised concerns
  • Help develop and enhance relevant activities and processes
  • Foster an environment of continuous improvement and growth


Who you are:

  • Experienced in technical support or Shift Team Lead operational roles
  • Deep understanding of ITIL v4 best practices for handling service requests, incidents, and change management
  • Strong foundation in technology, particularly Linux systems
  • Clear communication skills with technical and non-technical audiences
  • Practical experience with monitoring tools for event management and metrics
  • Adept analytical skills for log assessment and troubleshooting
  • Background in process improvement and team transformation
  • Systematic approach to problem-solving with strong organizational abilities
