About the Role
As the first point of contact for all employee queries, you'll work closely with various stakeholders across IT, Finance, and Legal to deliver outstanding employee experiences. If you enjoy creating value through streamlined processes and thoughtful problem-solving at scale, this role offers the perfect blend of people-focused support and operational excellence.
What you'll do:
- Provide guidance and support for employees from pre-employment to offboarding
- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure new hires are positioned for success
- Maintain the highest standards of data accuracy and integrity within the HR systems
- Work closely and effectively with others to address and resolve employee queries
- Keep the self-service knowledge base updated with relevant information for employees
- Prepare and deliver insightful reports for content governance
- Drive operational excellence by maintaining and updating standard operating procedures
- Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives
- Provide support for people programs across global regions
- Generate and analyze HR reporting to provide valuable insights and recommendations
- Facilitate governance alongside stakeholders and present engagement metrics for further improvement
What we're looking for:
- A Degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Economics or any related fields is desirable
- Prior experience in HR Shared Services (HR Administration or HRIS Support) with exposure to APAC, Americas & EMEA regions
- Familiarity with HRIS systems and their management, such as Workday
- Excellent analytical and organizational skills, with a strong attention to detail
- Outstanding communication skills across written, verbal and interpersonal fields
- Effective priority management and the ability to deliver results in a fast-paced environment
- Customer-focused mindset with good coordination and collaboration skills
- Able to work confidently with stakeholders while maintaining integrity and confidentiality
- Strong adaptability, with an openness to learning new technologies and processes
- Positive energy and proactive work approach
- Flexibility to work with shifting schedules
- Experience in process improvement (LEAN or six-sigma certification is a plus)
- Dashboard creation knowledge is advantageous
