About the role

As the Head of Solutions Consulting for our partner, you will play a pivotal role in building and scaling a high-performing team. You’ll have the opportunity to define the Solutions Consulting function from the ground up, creating frameworks, performance metrics, and playbooks. This role requires a builder’s mindset, with the ability to craft impactful customer engagements, drive pre-sales strategies, and elevate our partner’s presence across industries.

What you’ll do:

  • Build and scale a world-class Solutions Consulting team across various global locations.
  • Define the vision and framework for the Solutions Consulting function, including organizational design, performance metrics, and playbooks.
  • Serve as an evangelist for the solutions consulting function, showcasing the business value our partner delivers.
  • Collaborate with Sales & Success teams to drive pre-sales impact and accelerate deal velocity.
  • Lead by example in customer engagements, guiding teams through discovery, solution design, and customer positioning.
  • Work cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to influence go-to-market strategies.
