About the role
As our partner scales, you'll have the opportunity to shape the future of search marketing in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. This role focuses on delivering exceptional campaign performance while maintaining a strategic vision for growth.
Key responsibilities include:
- Campaign Management & Optimization: Take ownership of SEM campaigns through detailed performance analysis, compelling ad copy creation, and comprehensive search term evaluation. Guide your portfolio of accounts to meet user acquisition and revenue objectives.
- Strategic Initiative Leadership: Drive global SEM projects forward while fostering strong relationships with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and external partners.
- Performance Enhancement: Identify and implement efficiency improvements in both campaign performance and processes, while clearly demonstrating marketing investment effectiveness.
- Adaptable Problem-Solving: Navigate varied challenges in the SEM landscape with creativity and precision, from troubleshooting technical issues to supporting special projects.
- Results Communication: Deliver clear, actionable weekly performance reports to team members and stakeholders, highlighting key insights and opportunities.
You're probably a match if:
- You bring 3+ years of hands-on experience managing complex, large-scale global SEM and Shopping campaigns in-house or client-side, with Performance Max campaign experience being advantageous.
- You're proficient with bid management tools (e.g., SA360, Marin, Adobe Media Optimizer, or Kenshoo).
- You excel at detailed data analysis, using spreadsheets to uncover insights and optimize campaigns through data-driven decision making.
- You consistently deliver projects on time with strong project management capabilities.
- You approach challenges with enthusiasm and urgency, driving meaningful impact regardless of project scope.
- You thrive in dynamic environments where multiple teams rely on your expertise.
- You maintain a hands-on mindset and approach tasks with flexibility.
- You communicate with clarity and effectiveness across all levels.
