About the role

Our partner is on the lookout for an extraordinary individual to join their team. As a Resource Consultant, you'll play a vital role in driving the efficient and effective use of teams to optimize productivity and profitability.

In this role, you'll collaborate with stakeholders to achieve the best results for both internal teams and clients. You'll have the opportunity to work with fascinating people in a dynamic environment where each day brings new challenges and opportunities for growth.


In this role, you will:

  • Craft resource solutions for business stakeholders, offshore resources and engagement staff.
  • Unravel resource conflicts, negotiating with engagement managers and reallocating resources as needed.
  • Stay ahead of the curve by proactively addressing key items that may impact scheduling accuracy and ensure swift resolution.
  • Be the go-to person for resourcing issues, championing the Resource Management function.
  • Proactively redeploy and manage available staff, collaborating with the relevant Resource Management team to identify opportunities.
  • Support the Resource Manager with firm-wide projects, contributing your unique perspective to broader strategic initiatives
  • Develop a deep understanding of divisional skill sets and the career and development needs of resources to inform project allocation decisions.
