About the role

In this role, you'll be in charge of expanding customer acquisition while enhancing product adoption through scaled communication. Your success in generating high-quality traffic, nurturing prospective customers to product usage, and maximizing adoption will fuel the next chapter of our partner's growth story.


What you’ll do:

  • Cultivate a global center of excellence for Growth Marketing, overseeing people, processes, and tooling/automation
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive acquisition across Performance, SEO/Organic, and other global channels
  • Implement campaign strategies to foster global customer retention via email, in-product, and other scaled communication channels
  • Transform our partner’s website into a powerful acquisition and conversion funnel
  • Support ideation and execution of local Growth Marketing initiatives worldwide and be ready to adopt global strategies into local market dynamics
  • Coordinate with different teams across the business to showcase a diversity of product offerings, gain deeper understanding of channel performance and improve the quality and consistency of customer journeys


Our partner is looking for someone who has:

  • Deep experience with scaling a B2B, Growth Marketing function globally
  • A proven track record of utilizing paid and organic channels to achieve ambitious growth targets
  • Strong grasp of product positioning and translating into campaign optimization
  • Expertise in Marketing Technology and is highly comfortable with growth experimentation and CRO
  • A strong analytical mindset with a good hand in data; skilled with web analytics tools and channel performance and attribution
  • Equipped with strategic clarity; keen on optimizing the entire scope of the funnel
